M-Residence
Modern elegant residential project of the 3,000 sq ft house
Embark on a visual journey through the sophisticated interior design of our London villa, where elegance and minimalism converge in a captivating blend. The walls and floors adorned with Microtopping create a seamless canvas, providing a harmonious backdrop for the curated interior and decorative elements. The design's unique approach not only promotes continuity but also accentuates the geometric precision of each room.
Dark walnut wood and the intricate veins of exotic natural marble infuse a rich warmth, while elegantly rounded furniture pieces contribute to the villa's timeless allure. Slat wooden partitions introduce a play of textures, adding depth to the minimalist aesthetic. Accentuating the space, black lighting fixtures follow a minimalistic theme, providing a sophisticated contrast.
In a nod to midcentury modernism, carefully selected furniture items punctuate the design with a touch of iconic style. The result is a villa that exudes understated luxury, where every element is a testament to the artful balance of simplicity and refined elegance

This two-story London villa boasts a layout that seamlessly blends sophistication with functionality. The main floor serves as a communal haven, with the living room, family room, kitchen, dining, and lounge areas strategically enveloping the central staircase. This arrangement creates an enfilade of interconnected rooms, fostering a sense of fluidity and openness. The heart of daily life unfolds around this central axis, emphasizing the villa’s harmonious design.
Ascending to the second floor reveals a private sanctuary, exclusively dedicated to personal spaces. Here, the preliminary suite takes center stage, featuring a luxurious bathroom, a spacious walk-in-closet, and an inviting bedroom. The layout of this villa reflects a deliberate orchestration of public and private realms, ensuring a perfect balance between communal warmth and intimate retreats. The suit’s spaces have the same enfilade layout which provides the atmosphere of the royal residence and openness. On the second floor there are also two guest bedrooms and an office space.
