This project is where every detail is a testament to refined elegance and timeless beauty
Embark on a journey through the modern and minimalistic interior design of our duplex apartment, nestled within the grandeur of an old building with lofty ceilings. Embracing the charm of classical aesthetics with a contemporary twist, the walls exude a timeless appeal, providing a backdrop that seamlessly marries classical elements with a modern touch. In deliberate contrast, the furniture throughout the space is a showcase of modern elegance, adhering to the latest trends in design.
The color scheme, predominantly black and white, serves as a canvas to accentuate the play of textures and the dynamic blend of classic and modern elements. Natural materials take center stage, with herringbone parquet crafted from natural oak wood, luxurious marble surfaces, and the warmth of walnut accents. This duplex apartment is a symphony of classical grandeur and modern simplicity, where each carefully chosen detail contributes to a harmonious and sophisticated living space.

This charming two-story duplex, situated within the architectural embrace of an old European building, unveils a thoughtfully crafted layout that maximizes space efficiency. The lower level unfolds as a tranquil sleeping haven, featuring three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms enjoy a unique connection to the serene greenery of the backyard, infusing natural tranquility into the living spaces. Ascending to the upper level, a harmoniously arranged enfilade of common areas unfolds, seamlessly integrating the kitchen, dining, living, and family rooms. This strategic design not only optimizes the narrow floor plan characteristic of many historic European buildings but also creates a dynamic and cohesive living experience, where the private retreat of the lower level meets the communal charm of the upper floor.
